Yesterday, the preloaded blockchain service crashed and a broken patch was sent to some gamers. This is how you can fix it.
While our newly introduced backup feature should reduce the initial download by keeping as much usable data as possible it is also the very reason that desnychronisation issues currently can’t be fixed with the ‘resync”- button in the settings.
To eliminate the error you have to:
- Go to the options
- Click on the tab ‘Settings’
- Click on the checkbox “Disable Backup at start”
- Click on the tab ‘Account’
- Start a resync
