CipSoft reserves the right to temporarily shut down the Game at any time for maintenance reasons. (2) CipSoft cannot be held liable for loss of profit or any other special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the Game, unless said damages were caused by intentional or gross negligence on their part. (3) You play at your own risk and acknowledge that there is the possibility of extreme volatility of the currency exchange rate, the possibility of loss of value or currency by errors in the Litecoin network and the possibility of loss of value by errors or rule changes in the Game. CipSoft cannot be held liable for loss of profit or any other damages due to the aforementioned cases. § 6 Final Provisions -------------------- (1) CipSoft reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. The modification will be deemed accepted if you continue to access the Game.
